Oak Barrel Cleaning & Maintenance Kit
A package containing each of the following:
-Large block of Barrel Wax (food and beverage safe) for sealing small leaks
-5 teaspoons (1oz) Barrel OxyFresh sanitizer for sanitizing
-5 teaspoons (1oz) Citric Acid (anhydrous) for neutralizing
-5 Campden Tablets (potassium metabisulfite) for sterile storage
PRODUCT INFO
With a single purchase you will have enough of each product to seal, sanitize, neutralize, and store a 20L (5 gallon) barrel. If you have smaller barrels, there will be enough for multiple cleaning and maintenance cycles. Instructions for use are affixed to each of the included products.
