American Oak Barrel - 10 liters
Solera barrels are handcrafted from American White Oak, the same wood used to age renowned Napa Valley wines, Kentucky bourbons, and single malt scotch! We give our barrels number 3 char, which is popular because it yields delicately balanced flavor and beautiful golden color. All of of our barrels are unvarnished to allow for proper aging by allowing the spirit to "breathe".

Each Solera barrel comes with an informational packet that explains the aging process in further detail. We also include a stainless steel funnel, spigot, bung, and stand.
