Solera barrels ranging in size from 1L to 20L are handcrafted with the finest American White Oak. Number 3 char yields delicately balanced flavor. All of our barrels are unvarnished as you would expect for any barrel truly intended for aging.

Our small barrels will rapidly age your whiskey, rum, tequila, brandy, gin, wine, beer, moonshine, vinegar, and hot sauce. Dried goods, including coffee, tea, and spices can also be oak aged.
